Thank you for your replies and suggestions! Hope enjoys spending time with all of the family. She is with them when I am not there and spends time with them even when I am. She has a calming vest that worked for a couple of days but only when I was home and only at first. It made her pass out lol. We do have the pheromone plug ins nut maybe I will try the collar too. We will hopefully be starting the obedience classes within the next couple of weeks. Its not like she has trouble making friends or being friendly she loves all people and pets. She just loves me most. When I'm not home she prefers to be with either my sister or my niece but she does play and she loves hanging out with all members of the family and gets super excited when she sees them. But when she's missing me she prefers to pout with them. Today I left for work and my niece told me she cried for 20 minutes before finally settling down. Then she will play and nap and hang out with everyone but once she starts missing me, every noise has her watching the door to see if I am coming in. She is an extremely light sleeper, if she falls asleep next to me i can move her onto me but if I get up, no matter how swiftly, shes up watching me. At night I can't sneak out of bed no matter how sleepy she is she will be standing at the edge waiting for me. |
