Hi and welcome. She is super cute!! 2 of the pics are super small and I can't really see her well; in the other pic, I can't zoom in enough to really see her fur and whether there is some pure white, or if she is wearing something white.
But anyway, to me she looks all yorkie - just a lighter / blonder one.
To get the ears to stand up, breeders must tape them up as pups to train them. I guess your breeder didn't do that...?
