That's really sad. You said you live with 9 people? Are they adults or children?
Little ones can be overwhelmed with so much activity. Can make them anxious and nervous. Sounds like she's bonding to you only. Not much you can do if you have to work outside of the house. Is there any way you can take a few weeks off? This is really tough! I feel sad for the puppy. Hopefully you have a place made for her so she can go to her safe place.
