What do you think about this? Some new legislation being considered by city of Toronto to limit the number of dogs a dog walker can bring into a leash free park,

At present there is no limit. But I got into a discussion with another patron when I saw this dog walker come in with eight dogs. How can anyone possibly intervene effectively when they have so many dogs? It is easy to say oh these dogs are well behaved but something can go wrong....then what? That dog walker that day said to me oh where is your big dog? I said they take turns in coming here as I can only effectively intervene with one dog at a time!!
