Sorry Bobbie is having problems. Probably not a tapeworm from fleas. Max had tapeworm once and it did not affect his tummy or poop. I wouldn't give the drontal unless you confirm a tapeworm.
Any changes in diet, treats, or chews that could have upset his tummy?
If he is still energetic and hydrated, I wouldn't worry too much at this point. Teddy has mysterious diarrhea about once a year. When it happens, I feed him steamed chicken and rice for a day or two to get his system back on track.
If the diarrhea persists beyond a day or two, then I would check in with the vet.
