Your baby has had many changes just take place in his life, losing family member (your mom) new surroundings, new sounds, smells. I think giving him some time to adjust he will be fine. Do what you have to do to keep him eating, all dogs adjust differently, I would give him a month, that is enough time for him to have adjusted to his new life and surroundings. If you want to stop the chicken then do it after he has adjusted to this move. If he likes his food warm I see no harm in that. My boy will only eat dry crunchy kibble so that's what he gets.....All dogs are creatures of habit, once you start something it is very hard to break that habit. A healthy dog will eat when he's hungry, a healthy dog will NOT starve himself. How old is your baby and what does he weigh, these are important factors when it comes to a baby not eating.
