I'm normally easy going and very forgiving and understanding with my groomers.

BUT - when anyone so wholeheartedly wants a special cut and gives as explicit instructions as you did - it's totally beyond my understanding how they can do almost the opposite of what you asked.

I can certainly forgive not getting the exact cut you wanted, but sounds like they turned their hearing aid off when you explained how you wanted your pup's hair cut.

I'm sorry. I wouldn't use the same groomer again!
