My 2 year old yorkie has been displaying abnormal behaviors... She will move her head around constantly as if something is bothering her head or neck. She will also let out little whines, bite at her back side and bottom, jump up and take off running. Out of the 2 years i've had her, she's only had a handful of these spells. The "spells" last a day or two. See video:
