I feel your pain. The same thing happened to Max. A groomer at Petco was recommended to me by another yorkie owner and when I picked him up his hair was completely butchered. He wasn't trimmed like I requested and to make matters worse, his hair was uneven EVERYWHERE. I could have done a better job myself! I was so irritated and I couldn't even refuse to pay because you have to pay before you pick up your dog at Petco. I now drive an hour to a pet resort and spa for grooming. Max and Abbie's groomer does a fabulous job and they get massages while they're there--AND it's $10-15 cheaper!!!
