Oh how frustrating for you, it's totally not fair to you that her dog is not fully trained. How can she not know? I hope your dog doesn't have a set back because of this. I guess what I'd do is train her pup right along with yours.
When you let your dog out, her's goes out. When you feed your dog, her dog get's fed as well, that way they should need to go out at the same time. I think her dog needs to be confined the same as your dog too.
