I know it is maddening..there is no excuse for not doing as the customer requests. Although I have made a few msitakes in my grooming career...I got so busy one day I forgot which cut went on which dog..so I touched the shoulder area with the clipper blade, then suddenly realized that dog stayed in full coat..there was bare spot about the size of a 50 cent piece.
