Default What they play with

I understand what Kelly was saying to but I guess I didn't agree. I love having Chloe and wished I did not wait, especially when you see how well they get along with others. I was most concerned for the baby regarding 8 weeks vs 13 weeks. I did not know anything about Nutrical when I got Chloe, altho I have heard it referred to a lot. When I questioned my vet, she doesn't like her patients using it, she claims they would be much better looked at and an IV if needed but that might be for the $$ who knows anymore. Someone with more Yorkie experience will have to advise you on Nutrical vs Vet visit. Basics I would think would be the crate, wee wee pads if it is still cold by you, I did buy Chloe a puppy microwave baby thinking she might sleep best by warmth when she left her Mom but she was 13 weeks but she didn't seem to need the baby for comfort, I rocked her until she fell asleep each night, (for me not for her) then gently placed her in her crate-she slept thru the night since day one. I also bought fleece, cut 2 2ftx2ft one print side/one solid side/ I then cut a one and a half inch slit every 2 inches & tied all around the edges into small receiving size blankets-she loved to snuggle with them.(still does) Her stuffed dog pig (very soft squishy stuffed dog toy) was her favorite to sleep with. Of course puppy chow and NOW they sell a special sized collars & accessaries for young tiny puppies (When Chloe came home I didn't see these and I had to use a cat collar & cat harness. If it is still cold and you will be taking him out, I would pick up an x-small sweater too. I remember how Chloe always shivered. As far as your question about toys: A thread started by ELBOW titled "Ummmmm what do they play with" in the Yorkie Talk Forum will be 6 pages full of advice and different opinions. I liked reading all the opinions and hearing different advice/that's mostly how I learned WHEN is he coming home?
