Candi,

I'm sure it could be many things, but trust your instincts. I'm bringing Maggie home today from her back surgery for a herniated disc. She started acting weird, not wanting to do anything. She was clingy and shaking. A few years ago she had back pain and she actually hid, 2 days later she was fine. This time she just wanted to be with me, but not held.

You can read my thread, but my point is when they act weird I think it is pain. Keep a close eye and find out where the best 24 hr vet is in case she takes a turn for the worse. Often back injuries can be relieved with rest and meds, sometimes not. I'm so glad I didn't give the meds more time to work and got another opinion. I don't know anything about the neck condition some have mentioned.
