You probably need a divider in the crate, however 3-4 hours is way too long for an 11 week old. I know they say 1 hour for every month but I don't believe it. Loki still doesn't make it 5-6 hours and he's almost a year and a half. We got him at 13 weeks and he had to pee every 15 mins. You can't keep her in there longer than she can potentially hold it, so try an x-pen and just ignore any messes. Use the crate when you are home and follow your routine. Then try the crate during the day in a month or two. Good luck.
