Potty training takes time. You could take her poo outside where you want her to go so she knows that where you want her to go. If you can't watch her like a hawk she needs to be in a play pen that way you can bust her when she goes and tell her no. My girl was a feet nipper as a puppy and we had to use a squirt bottle and squirt her and say no when she does it.
