I have a pup I home cook for. She has lymhangectasia and had a really bad case of pancreatitis not long ago. I had to have her diet reformulated. She is on a very low fat diet. I had consulted with a vet nutritionist when she was diagnosed in 2011 and she has done very well on that diet.

As Taylor suggested, Royal Canin does have a low fat GI diet that a lot of pups do well on. You could speak to your vet about it. The specialist had suggested it for my pup, but I opted to home cook instead.

Here is the link for vet nutritionists:

American College of Veterinary Nutrition | ACVN

If you cannot find one close to you, your vet could do a consult with one via email. One that some people I know use is at: www.petdiets.com Dr. Remillard

Oh, and welcome back
