Default Homemade pancreatitis diet

Hi everyone! Its been a long time since I last logged in but I was doing a Google search and a yorkietalk thread came up. So here I am

My Yorkie Morgan is now 10 years old. She's doing well for the most part and the small medical things that come up have been managed by diet and supplements. She's prone to UTIs so she gets a cranberry supplement which helps a lot. She's also had a few pancreatitis scares. Luckily I caught them soon enough and got her to the vet before anything serious happened. She is now eating Earthborn weight management because it was the only low fat grain free diet I could find a few years ago. She also only gets earthborn treat. I'm scared to give her anything else and banned everyone else from feeding her anything without my permission.

Anyway, the issue now is that sometimes she won't eat all day and by night time I can tell she is uncomfortable and her stomach hurts. She constantly repositions herself when laying down and stretches out straight instead of curled up like she usually is. She'll also get off the couch and go lay on the rug which she never does. She's also paced around the room a few times recently which is weird. Eventually she'll throw up foam. I try to get her to eat by playing a game with her food and have to hand feed her. Sometimes this doesn't work and she'll refuse everything which just makes things worse.

So I'm thinking about making food for her in the crockpot. She's always begging for people food (and rarely gets it) so I figure she'll eat this with no problem. So after this long, drawn out post my question is, does anyone have a recipe for pancreatitis diets, know a good resource I could go to research, or know a nutritionist I could call or go see (I'm in the NYC area)?
