We don't use our fireplace either. Too much to take care of with having the chimney cleaned.

Critiquing homes: the funniest is when prospective buyers comment negatively on furnishings, as if the furniture or knickknacks of the current occupant have anything to do with the house. I've noticed that on real estate shows.

I don't know if anyone has gone through my cabinets. If they have, they would be disappointed that there isn't much there either.
