Default Predicting Piper? Well, Not So Much!

Working as a graveyard cashier in a casino toughens ya up, but getting sick with this or that is an ongoing problem. So after feeling lousy for a few days, I went to a local walk-in minute clinic with Piper in tow. After an hour of be being poked and prodded and thumped-on (all the while holding Piper); after sitting up, laying down, giving this arm then the other...We got up to leave and only then did it occur to me, here was little Pipe in the midst of all this nonsense--coming from a waay close stranger to boot--and she had not received one bit of attention ('cept for a smooch here and there from me). And yet, after unceremoniously being shifted from one arm to another and being held in awkward positions, Piper remained still, quiet, and didn't fidget once; she was just as calm and as calming as could be...I can't tell you how amazed and proud I am of my girl. I just had to 'brag' a bit because I know you guys would understand; but I thank you for indulging me nonetheless. You know, just about the time I feel I know Piper well enough to predict her behavior, she reminds me that she is full of wonderful surprises! I love my Pipe more every minute of every hour of every day.
