Hi there! Thought the breeders forum might be the most appropriate place to post this question. Is it practical to do a bile acid test as protocol before pups go home at twelve weeks? I know you have to fast the puppy for twelve hours beforehand, when would the risk of hypoglycemia be low enough to fast such a small pup like a yorkie to run the BaT? Do you/are you familiar with anyone who does the BaT as a pre placement protocol? Looking forward to your reply, thanks guys!
