Default Feeding: Dry, Wet or Homemade?

Coco just turned one 8/11/16 and has always been free fed dry food since we brought her home at 10 weeks. We have discovered lately that she loves apples, melons, green beans, sweet potatoes, carrots, cottage cheese, celery and of course chicken, peanut butter and eggs. We had started scrambling an egg for her and mixing her kibble in or mixing it with cottage cheese, but the last week or so, she won't touch it with the kibble in it or eat any of her dry food anymore. Of course we likely spoiled her too with the Fruit and veggies for treats and I had really wanted to keep her on dry food for her teeth. I am worried she won't be getting her nutrients since she's not eating dog food, so trying to decide if I should put her on wet dog food or just start home cooking for her. And if I do that what Vitamins to add to the home cooking? Has anyone run into this and what was your solution? Thanks for any advice!
(I tried to add a pic but wouldn't let me)
