! The search for a puppy can be so stressful and confusing, I know.
Nope, don't buy from that person you're linking to above. They are advertising "Teacup Yorkies" - and there is absolutely no such thing. The standard for the yorkie breed is ANY WEIGHT 7 lbs or under, that's it. There is no category for "teacups / minis etc..." -- these are marketing terms used by and invented by breeders.
Have you looked at the breed club -
YTCA - yet...? You can look in your area and in other areas too as many of those breeders will fly their yorkies in cabin to you for a reasonable fee.
Also, we do have a member here named Breny who breeds yorkies and partis in her home and people rave about her pups/dogs. She really loves her dogs and strives to maintain a great breeding program. Her profile is here:
