Most breeders don't have such experience ... they really should not be breeding pups with a known history of CT
My comments are based on years of experience with pups with different degrees of CT.
I am not so sure this pup has CT .. coughing and/or honking on occasion is not a perfect way to determine it. There are so many other things this could be.
If it were my pup, I would just do a flouroscopy and know for sure what I was dealing with.
