As suggested above, keep vacuuming. Wash bedding as often as possible.
When you bathe your baby, be generous with the shampoo and let it sit for a minute or two before rinsing thoroughly. You can do this with a dog-formulated shampoo. The bathing will kill active fleas and wash away the eggs.
I wouldn't use a flea collar on any dog, especially not a small Yorkie.
All of the flea preventatives are concerning for such a small, young pup. I would check in with the vet again because a flea infestation can lead to anemia in a pup so small. Also, flea bites can cause skin problems. My Teddy is highly allergic and has a topical med to use when he is bitten.
