If you home cook you have to make sure it's balanced and your using a recipe from a vet nutritionist or you could really do more harm then good. If you talking about just putting a little baby food with her dog food that's fine as long as there is no onion or garlic in it but it is not for dogs so it's not balanced for them so you could not use it as her primary food source.
