Just starting out, trying to read and learn about Yorkies. I believe it would be a good fit. I'm looking for a small dog that doesn't shed a lot. I'm in no rush and still absorbing info, which there seems to be a TON of!
And in Las Vegas, we are in the hot season, so I would wait until the fall, which would also give me more time to prepare.
I haven't had a dog in many years as it was just too much with my career. I'm now retired and can spend a lot of time with her/him.
Anyway, I see that someone posted a negative about puppyfind. How does one go about finding a 'good' breeder in my area? I would never buy a dog just from pictures alone, so that is somewhat limiting I suppose. If the seller on any site/search posts that the parent(s) are on site and you can visit, isn't that the best way to go?
