Multi-vitamins I'm waiting until I get my hands on that recipe and also, for her to accept the missing link powder- it's a great additive. I bought her a multi-vitamin to bridge the gap. My #$#$# husband didn't listen to my instructions and gave her a lot more than a freaking half of a vitamin. It was just for a few days to get some vitamins into her, and he goes and says well, it was ONLY 60% instead of the half. well, tough. there is a reason why a company will say half.
Any way, the only reason why I'm even remotely worried is because I tend to avoid anything that says brewers yeast or any yeast products. It was in the vitamins and had good reviews so I decided that for a bridge gap and some in the cupboard for these situations wouldn't hurt.
I now understand fully which foods to avoid and which foods are harmful in large quantities, such as broccoli, garlic, or onions. Yeast I'm still very fuzzy on. |
