We bought our first Yorkie in 1989 from a reputable show breeder in Texas, Lee Grunewald. We have had Yorkies ever since. We recently lost one of our two precious little girls and are heart broken. Our remaining little girl, Daisy, is grieving along with us. We are now in the process of searching for another little girl. I have sent emails and/or called most of the breeders in Texas and nearby states on the YTCA site. We would prefer to get a young female, not a puppy, because Daisy is 8 years old and not sure how she will be with a baby. It seems it will be easier to find a puppy, and we are not totally opposed to that. We just want a pet, but a healthy, baby face type. If anyone can help us, we would love to hear from you.
