Totally agree.
I would even try rubbing the coconut oil into her skin (messy I know) let it soak in then shampoo after 20-30 minutes (try a small area first). But almost everything on the outside is a reflection of what is going on inside. Maybe her dog food is lacking in the vitamins and minerals she needs or she isn't absorbing them as she should.
