Please look into separation training. You can't continue this way or the situation can get worse. You need to help him get over this and it's very doable. Here are a few articles for a start:
Managing Your Dog's Separation Anxiety | Karen Pryor Clicker Training
Dog Training For Separation Anxiety - How It Can Help
Take a thorough read through the entire article. There is a LOT of useful info there. Otherwise, enroll in a dog training course. The trainers would be able to guide you through it.

It is really sad to see him like this.
My roommate told me when I left he was nonstop crying.
But she went in to my room point at him n say : stop yelling . shut up.
And then she left ... He stopped. But if I do that he won't.

I am trying to train him since i knew he has separation anxiety. I do research everyday n night. Tried some and still trying some more things to help. He is better then before.. But still trying to help him get even better or help him back to be a normal relax happy dog. I went to petco yesterday tried to help him with the trainer and get to know what can I do more to help.

Thanks for the help - I will see and learn at those websites u just gave me-
I really would love to try anything that might can help him.
I feel really terrible that I did something I found online that's should helps the separation anxiety but didn't help him.
I feels like I'm really useless sometimes.
But I know I have to be strong again and keep looking for more things to help him.
