Fortunatley I am with Chloe all the time, I would definately stay with her for a couple of days. Chloe was very good after her spay, but keep her very calm no running or jumping, I put pee pads down cause I didn't want her going outside, mostly her cone was off, but when I went to bed I put the cone on until I woke up, just incase in the night she would get at the stitches, but I don't think she ever did, also make sure the area does not get wet, and from what I remember no bathing for 3 weeks. Lots of hugs and kisses to your baby I'm sure she'll be fine.
