I'm an advocate for training to correct mental anxiety, whenever possible, before trying supplements and shirts that 'masks' the underlying issues. Understanding that when they're anxious and peeing everywhere while there's guests, it's a difficult situation. But have you tried using the clicker and calming them down by sit and stay with treats? If they're too excited, what about trying when there's less guests?
For example (though not the same situation at all), when I used to come home, Scottie would jump and jump and jump. Luckily he didn't have excited-pee issues and also he didn't hurt himself from jumping too high - there was
way too much air time - I swear he could be a high jumper! But, as a preventative measure, I didn't want him to jump as he did in case he hurts himself. So I trained him to sit and stay before I approached him. The second he jumped, I'd walk away. I know

it's not fun to restrain his excitement for when he sees me (I'm Queen of no-fun mom sometimes), but I believe it's truly for his own good.
