Welcome to YT, puppies faces,body, coloring change so quickly from week to week. You saw the Mom and Dad, did you see the puppy on that day also? Still from the day you saw him until the day he became yours,he went though many changes. A photo of him may help, but, a picture is just that "a picture". If you never owned a yorkie puppy before, their hair can be fluffy, straggly, scruffy, not smooth, he's a baby, his hair has to grow.
