Poor boy! Definitely time to see the vet. Monitor him closely tonight for dehydration -- gums should be wet and pink, not sticky and pale.

Diarrhea can dehydrate them quickly. Add in vomiting, and it is very worrisome. The smaller they are, the faster they can go down. Make sure you know the way to your ER vet in case of emergency.

Pancreatitis is always a concern with diarrhea and vomiting. The only way to confirm is through a blood test, cPL (canine pancreatitis lipase).
