For a puppy, I'd mix some in slowly to start off. I don't use raw for training treats, but maybe they make freeze dried raw training treat somewhere?
The raw is considered "all life stages" food.

Sure thing...nothing wrong w/ starting her right out on Primal or NV (or whatever raw brand) right from the start - that's awesome!
