What kind of unwanted behaviors is she exhibiting? She might appear spoiled, as you wrote, perhaps because she is so excited about having loving attention. If she doesn't respond to treats for rewards, you could try praise to shape behavior. Some dogs also respond to toys.

I keep a storage container with a push button top release full of kibble on the counter for most rewards. My boys respond to praise and they get excited when they hear me push the button to open the kibble can.

Probably a matter of just finding out what she likes and what will stimulate her. Best wishes!
