There is literally nothing we can do here. We can only throw words at your heartbreaking situation. You could drop her off at a shelter and have them treat or euthanize your dog. That would be much kinder than letting her suffer.
Or if you have the means and the courage you can shoot the dog yourself. Again much kinder than letting her suffer.
THe problem could be neuro - and none of neuro is cheap.
