This poor dog is clearly suffering terribly and has even SCREAMED in pain, which means the pain had to be just excruciating. Dogs only scream when the pain is excruciating...bc usually they mask so much of the pain.
PLEASE, either surrender this poor innocent being to a rescue ASAP or have this poor baby euthanized if you won't get vet care. I don't see any other options.
By the way, you say above you "know there are vets here" -- just fyi, I don't know of any vets here whatsoever, so I don't know where you're getting that information.
Please, please, please do not let this little one suffer. If you love this pup at all, you would do something about it...one way or another.
