No judgment from me, but it's impossible to diagnose a dog from a description on the internet. I doubt that the symptoms are related to the leg cut at the groomer's, but you never know. It could be an infection that's easily treated with an antibiotic. It could be a neurological disorder. It could be luxating patella. It's impossible to know without a trip to the vet. Please try to get Chloe in to see a vet, and if you have trouble paying for a simple examination, explain to the vet staff that you are short on funds at the moment, but Chloe really needs to see a vet. Hopefully it's nothing serious or expensive to treat. Good luck, and let us know what happens!
