I would have to agree, anything you buy now won't fit later. I got Emma's a BB in pink as a puppy, she grew out of and only wore it a few times. I was able to resell it to someone (here on YT actually), so it wouldn't have seemed like a total waste of money. That's an option if you're okay with the investment now.
I have a BB2 in black and its a little stiffer than the BB. I change the harnesses as I change collars (once a week at bath time) so I switch from pink to black depending on the style of the collar. :/
