Aside from what Maximo said. Larger Yorkie have bigger ears and sometime it takes a lot longer to get them to stand too. You can trim the tip of the ear to help alleviate the weight too. You can feel the ear and if it's flimsy, it's going to be harder for it to stand. Try massaging it to build up the cartilage strength on it. Don't over massage it too. Just a couple stroke in the morning and at night.
