I always have xrays done on this day to determine skull size/pelvic ratio...that will clearly let you know how many babies to expect, as well if they are too big for her to deliver normally. This is all information that could save your mommas life, if done in a timely manner. Kind keeps YOU ahead of the event, so you know what to expect.....also great to know how many babies to expect, rather than that old guessing game that frequently fails for novices and can cause the death of momma and babies because of toxicity to momma from retained placentia/dead baby.
