Welcome to YorkieTalk. I hope all goes well for your little girl. Have you taken her to the vet to comfirm that she is indeed pregnant? A false pregnancy will have the exact same signs as a real pregnancy.
Do you know how many times she was bred? It could be that the pups have not dropped yet. Sometimes the temperature will go up and down based on the momma blood sugar levels. Also I have seen temperature drops several days before delivery when the pups actually drop.

It is impossible to tell if your girl will have any difficulty whelping. Sometimes with small litters the pups tend to get larger thus making delivery more difficult. An x-ray could tell if there are any extra large pups that will be difficult to deliver. Once the pup or pups have dropped you can usually feel them easily in the groan area. Watch your girl closely and don't leave her alone for very long. Also make sure you have a vet on standby. It would also be nice if you had someone experienced with whelping pups there to help you.
