I am sorry you are dealing with this, but hope this thread will give you more hope.
One of the biggest challenges is getting them to eat. Have they put her on Mirtazapine? If not, I urge you to ask your vet for it. It can be a miracle in getting pups to eat....does not always work, but when it does it is amazing!
Welcome to YT! Please keep us posted on your yorkie...what is her name? Oh, and maybe you should start a new thread in the Sick and Injured Forum so it is easier to follow her!
