Oh come on Gemy. You have RA and I BET you go to a doctor. I have chronic pain as well. I take myself to a doctor. I ALSO take my pups when they are sick. There was NO excuse for this animal to be left in such a state. No...you don't have to agree with euthanasia...but you sure as heck should at least try to get a diagnosis and alleviate suffering in some way.

I would NEVER let an animal suffer and not at LEAST take it to a vet. And, I can assure you I would be on the phone as I said above EVEN IF the authorities did nothing, I would NEVER sit and watch someone treat an animal that way.

You hesitated...that should have been your first clue. You are actually the only one on this thread besides the OP that even thought for a second to OK this behavior of that horrid dog owner.
