Yes, it sounds like something is definitely wrong here.
She shouldn't have gotten that vaccine if she was already under the weather. And she shouldn't have gone to a park without all her vaccines being done. So yes, something could most definitely be wrong.
Inappetance in dogs means something isn't right and it should be taken very seriously when it happens in a young puppy.
