Thanks for your support. I don't know if he has the SIBO still. Right now he is doing great. The Colitis medication, the sulfasalazine worked almost overnight so I'm thinking it's more a colitis issue. I will be taking him back to the vet next month for his shot updates and he will probably check his bacteria levels. I really would like to transition him from Flagyl to the Tylan as I hear it is safer. I also would like to try another food to see if he could at least lower his colitis meds because they do have dry eye side effects with long term use.

Right now though after 5 months of having a sick baby and many failed attempts at making him well, just having him healthy, happy with normal poops is everything to me right now.

Oh, one more thing, the Fortiflora never helped Jake, it only made him worse. I know it's a good product, but it just didn't work for him. I know, having colitis myself, that not every probiotic works for everyone and I am still in a search for one for him and myself.
