If you want a 2nd opinion, try to find a vet that does diagnostic testing. We have a new one here in our area and I hear they are great - little more expensive but I believe you get what you pay for.
I agree - Nutrical, little sips of water, try a little food now & then, wake her up every hour or so to make sure she doesn't have a concussion, keep her comfortable and confined.
