LOL I know. I was so outraged when I first watched it. I actually saw it on television and the phone was in my hand before the ad finished....they I saw the end and quietly hung up.
I see this so often at our shelter People buy a cute puppy over the holidays, then when the dog gets older and maybe not so cute they drop them off at the shelter. Terrible!
