I'm going to use frontline plus too. I think the smallest is 5-22 pounds. I have two Yorkies that are both one year old. One is 7 lbs and one is 3.5 lbs. the vet told me to put 1/2 the dosage on the smaller one and wash it off with dawn dish soap if it makes him shaky or sick. If it doesn't make him sick she said next time I can give him the whole dose. She said it it apparently doesn't work unless it's the whole dose. I did see two options for dogs 4 lbs and 3 lbs on 1800 pet meds (one was the generic version of frontline and one was something like comfortis) so I might ask her if I should use one of those instead.
